Some essential Items in Everyday Life:

Fresh food

If you have a fridge, there is no reason not to have at least some fresh produce and meat, which can be kept cold or even frozen. Try to choose fruits and vegetables that last a while so that you can consume them during your stay.

Frozen food
Easy microwaveable meals might be a good idea if you have a freezer and don't feel like cooking every day.
If you need a daily dose of caffeine to feel human and usually take it outside the home, it's a good idea to make sure you have coffee or tea on hand to prepare at home, he added.

Water

You probably have access to clean drinking water through your tap, so there is no imperative to stock up on that, Brown said. But if for some reason you don't have safe drinking water at home, it might make sense to get a two-week supply at the store.

Soap
Specifically, the type of soap you would use to wash your hands. This is the key, as you can kill the corona virus with a scrub in at least 20 seconds.

Oh, and don't worry about a shortage of hand sanitizer when you're at home. If you're quarantined or isolated, and you're not moving around in shared public spaces, then you really don't need it. Also, hand washing is always a good option and you should only have soap and water available.
Other cleaning and hygiene items

Don't forget to make sure you have dish soap, laundry detergent, and of course toilet paper for a couple of weeks.

Medication

Make sure that all prescriptions or over-the-counter medications you use regularly are filled for at least the two weeks that you will be out of service.

Baby supplies

The good news for youth is that they appear to be less vulnerable to COVID-19 than their elders. But if they are at home with you, you should still make sure you have enough formula, baby food, diapers, and other essentials.

Pet supplies

The same goes for your pets! Make sure you have enough pet food, sand, and other supplies on hand.
